CULINARY WORKSHOP - CALISSON IN YOUR WAY

Workshop Description: 
Learning how to make classic calissons to express its embodied little hugs through making the paste and decoration, as well as all the sweet, fruitful and floral flavours.

Key aspects to learn and move forward with:
1. Understand the language of confectionery and choice of ingredients
2. Acquire skills in applying to make variety of creative confectionery and chocolate delicacies 
3. Advance your knowledge in creativity and imagination
4. Expand your taste profile by exposing you to new ingredients and combinations to match
5. Depart with your own style of delicacy after class

Workshop flow:
1. Please arrive 15 minutes before start time of scheduled workshop, to prepare and enjoy the beverage & snacks curated by MAISON XXII. 
2. Introduction of tutor and workshop session
3. Basic info and tips on confectionery making, baking, ingredients, timing, & temperature control
4. Demonstration and interaction 
5. Students to make their own confection creation with tutor support and one-to-one guidance 
6. Reviewing students works with Q&A 
7. Wrap-up to take away your creation
