Terms & Conditions (Floral & Greenery Products)

1.  Payment Method

  • We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Master, American Express, Cup, JCB)

 2.  Acceptance of your order

  • Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review all information carefully, including the delivery address, recipient details and contact us immediately via order@maisonxxii.com if any information is incorrect.

3.  Delivery

  • Delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday (10am to 6pm). (Excluding Public Holidays)
  • Order cut-off times for delivery is as follow,

i.Order before 3pm; orders will be processed on the next day and the earliest delivery is the day after.

ii.Order after 3pm; orders will be processed on the day after and the earliest delivery is two days after

  • Delivery service covers domestic areas only, overseas delivery is not available.
  • Self-pick up at our shop is available.

  • It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Please provide the recipients real name & contact no. (if any) where he/she can be identified at the delivery location.
  • Delivery service will be suspended under bad weather condition without prior notice; such as rain with thunderstorm, Black Rainstorm Signal or when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted. Delivery service will be rescheduled for free. Rescheduled delivery will take two business days (not include Saturday & Sunday) to be completed.
  • Truly DY & the Advocates Limited will take no responsibility, should late delivery be caused by forced majeure events.

4. Change / Cancellation of Order

  • Cancellations of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final.
  • If you wish to change your order, 24 hours notice (prior to delivery date) is required.

5.  Variation & Seasonality

  • All images are for reference only.
  • Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
  • As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
  • Products in the catalogue are not in scale, for product dimensions. For details, please contact us via order@maisonxxii.com
  • Subject to different availability of products, Truly DY & the Advocates Limited reserves the rights to substitute any item with goods in equal retail price without prior notice.

6.  Chocolate’s conservation

  • Chocolate and confectionery products are suggested to be kept in a cool and dry place within temperature between 16°C-18°C (60°F-64°F), away from any odor, sunlight and intense heat. Truly DY & the Advocates Limited will not bear the responsibility of change in quality.

Truly DY & the Advocates Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Truly DY & the Advocates Limited shall remain final.

5.  Refund and Returns of goods

  • Truly DY & the Advocates Limited is committed to providing high quality gifts to all our customers. However, there may be rare occasions where this is not the case. Therefore, in order to protect the interests of our customers and the recipients of any hamper, we do offer a refund and return policy. Please note that this provision does not apply to all fruit, food, beverages and other perishable items. Refund requests must be received within 7 days of delivery. Customers who wish to request a refund can do so by calling our customer service team on (+852) 28093123 or via order@maisonxxii.com.hk, quoting the transaction no., Our customer service representative will issue a return approval letter and the customer must return its goods within 7 days. We will be happy to refund any non-perishable goods that are returned within this timescale.
  • In order to be applicable for a full refund, the gift must not be damaged or stained in any way and the original packaging should be full and intact. Returns will not be permitted for any incomplete item that has damaged packaging.
  • If more than 7 days has passed since the goods were delivered or notice to return the gift to our company was made, the Company reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of the goods.
  • All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased within 7 days. No cash refunds are offered.

 

6.  Availability of Products

  • Truly DY & the Advocates Limited reserves the right in the event of the unavailability of an item(s) to substitute an item(s) of equal or greater value with the consent of the customer. There is a possibility that the presentation of the gift items may be modified to insure proper delivery and handling.
